Aviemore Big Mix 2019 Events


Gin and Whisky tasting before the opening dinner at The Highland Line restaurant followed by live entertainment at The Bothy Bar.


The Big Mix Main Event in Aviemore Village Green featuring live music, mixology, gin, whisky, beer, art and street food. Afternoon and Evening Sessions from 12 noon.


Chill out and recover with a choice of distillery tours, steam train events and festival brunch and lunches.

Aviemore Big Mix Main Event


Join us in the heart of Aviemore for the BIG MIX Main Event.

The Main Event is centred around the live music stage Local partners will be there with Cocktails, Gin Bars, Craft beers and artisan spirits, enhanced by street food and local crafts.

Choose from the afternoon or evening session and then check the festival programme to visit local restaurants and bars to extending your day out into the weekend and enjoy the specially created events.

Live music features local based Aviemore artists THE LAIRIG GHRU BAND and KEITH MAIR and joining them are CALUM MACKENZIE JONES and DAVY & SAM COWAN for a great easy listening line-up.

All Main Event ticket holders will receive a goody bag at registration ( opens 12 noon Friday) valued at £15 and a festival wristband pass to enjoy a great choice of discounted dining and shopping options throughout the weekend at our partners venues throughout Aviemore.

The weather was with us for the first Aviemore Big Mix festival, together with MP Drew Hendry and the Cairngorm Business Partnership and lots of wonderfully happy guests, many who visited Aviemore from Glasgow and further afield.
