Caledonian Explorers

From a young age, Louise has been interested in the natural world, having grown up on Exmoor in Devon. After studying Art for a number of years, including an Art Foundation degree from Exeter, she has gone on to gain a degree in Zoological Conservation. Currently working as a wildlife guide and conservationist, she is continually inspired by what nature has to offer us. As a bit of a magpie (no pun intended), she has gathered a vast collection of feathers, sea glass and pieces of sea urchin from the numerous beautiful places across the Scottish Highlands. Wanting to do something with these lovely finds, she started experimenting with making jewellery pieces and Caledonian Explorers was born.

Handmade with devotion, each piece is truly unique. She prides herself on providing beautiful jewellery presented in eco-friendly packaging.
